Joseph McPhie has been in the Title and Escrow industry in Southern Utah since 1993.  He is currently the General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Southern Utah Title Company. Joseph is an approved instructor for the Utah Department of Insurance, Utah Bar Association, Division of Real Estate and has taught escrow classes to individuals seeking to get licensed for the first time. Joseph is past President and a past regional Vice President of the ULTA.
